Marriage
Sacred Scripture begins with the creation of man and woman in the image and likeness of God and concludes with a vision of the “wedding feast of the Lamb”. Scripture speaks throughout about marriage and its “mystery”, its institution and the meaning God has given it. As a sign of God’s love for us, marriage has been raised by Christ to become a Sacrament – a physical sign of a spiritual reality.
St Martha’s accepts bookings for the Sacrament of Marriage to be celebrated on Saturdays and Sundays between 12.00 noon and 3.00pm. (6 month’s notice is required). Please contact the Parish Office to enquire about the availability of your preferred date and to request an Information Pack.
